PRIVATE ON FARM EVENTS

Our private on-farm events offer an exclusive way to celebrate surrounded by the beauty of our flower fields. Perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate gatherings, or special milestones, these events give your group private access to the farm for a relaxed and memorable floral experience.

  • Private events are available by inquiry and scheduled on select dates. To reserve your date, please contact Katie at Ranchy Stems to discuss availability and event details.

  • Each private on-farm event is thoughtfully curated and includes:

    • A guided garden tour of the flower farm

    • Time for photos and memorable moments throughout the property

    • Flowers are processed in advance for your event

    • Access to a climate-controlled space where guests create a beautiful floral arrangement

    • Step-by-step instruction and guidance

    • Light food and drink provided for your group

    Adult beverages are welcome guests are invited to bring their own

    If you’re looking for a unique, hands-on celebration that blends nature, creativity, and connection, our private on-farm events offer an experience your guests will remember long after the flowers go home.

    • A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a private on-farm event

    • Pricing is $50 per person

    • A $500 payment, paid in full prior to the event, is required to reserve your date

    • The $500 secures the farm exclusively for your group. Should Ranchy Stems have to cancel the event. You will receive a full refund of your money. 

    Additional guests may be added beyond the minimum at $50 per person
